The museum is located on the grounds of the Willard Drug Treatment Center and faces the Main Street in the Hamlet of Willard. It was built in 1878 as a railroad depot for the trains that ran through the grounds of the hospital. It became known as the Rowley House when it housed male employees and in later years was used as the residence of the chief stationary engineer's family and was called the engineer's house. |
